"Return was suspiciously easy"
I had to return a hoodie it was way simpler than I expected. Got the return label almost immediately, like someone in the system was already waiting for me to ask. The refund showed up a few days later with zero hassle, which almost made me suspicious because returns are never that smooth. Not complaining though, whatever operation they’ve got running behind the scenes, it worked.

"Looked better in the photos"
I was a little disappointed because the color didn’t really match the pictures. It looked nicer online, but in person it was just... not the same.

"My latest order was super easy"
I just placed an order on Excello Brands, that’s what’s sticking with me right now because it went really smoothly. I found what I needed fast, the pages loaded without any problems, and checkout was simple. I didn’t have to hunt around or click through a bunch of extra stuff, which I really appreciated. It only took a few minutes to get everything ordered, so based on this most recent experience, I’m feeling good about the site.

"My order got here on time..."
My order got here on time, but I was in a hurry when I opened it and immediately noticed the box was crushed. One of the items had dents too, which was really frustrating. I didn’t have time to deal with a whole return or complaint right then, but they definitely need to pack things better. Not too happy with how it showed up.

"Not gonna lie, it’s okay but not super consistent"
Not gonna lie, I’ve used it a few times and it’s been a bit hit or miss for me. When it works, it does the job fine, but I did run into some slow pages and longer load times here and there. It’s not terrible, I just wish the performance was more steady

"Quality wasn’t really what I was hoping for"
I get my order on time, which was nice, but the quality was kind of disappointing. One of the items feel cheap, and the print started fading after I washed it a few times. It still works and I can use it, but for the price I was expecting something a bit better...

"Warranty claim was easier than I expected"
I had a small issue pop up with my item after using it for a few months, and to be honest, I was already bracing myself for the usual warranty headache. I figured it would be a lot of forms, waiting around, and maybe being told the problem somehow wasn’t covered.

I emailed Excellobrands with my order details and included a couple of pictures to show what was going on. They got back to me quickly, and what I appreciated most was that they didn’t drag the whole thing out with a bunch of unnecessary back-and-forth questions.

They sorted out the replacement, it arrived without any issues, and everything was simple from start to finish. It wasn’t some dramatic customer service miracle or anything, but that’s kind of the point. It was easy, straightforward, and handled the way you hope support will handle things.

"Surprisingly good, thick material"
I wasn’t expecting much, but the material feels really solid right out of the package. It’s thicker than I thought it would be, in a good way, and just feels like it’ll hold up better than a lot of similar stuff I’ve bought before. Happy with it.

I asked for a refund and, to be fair, it did go through in the end. I kind of already had it in my head that the refund process would be a little slow, and this pretty much confirmed that for me. It took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once, which was a bit annoying. Not a horrible experience, but not exactly smooth either. 3 stars feels about right

"Pretty good variety"
There was a lot more to choose from than I expected, which was nice. I ended up browsing longer than planned because they had such a random mix of stuff. Weirdly, I still remember there was a bright yellow mug on one shelf that really stood out. Overall, good range and easy to find something interesting

"Slow replies and constant moving goalposts"
It was frustrating. I had to chase them twice just to get a response, and even when they did reply, the answers were vague and didn’t really clear things up. It also felt like the goalposts kept moving, so I was never totally sure what was expected or what was happening next.

"I’ve used Excello Brands a few times..."
I’ve used Excello Brands a few times now, and overall, it’s been easy to get around. No major confusion. Pages loaded fast enough, and I was able to find the main info without digging forever, which I appreciated.
The only thing is that a few parts felt a little plain, and I did end up clicking around more than I expected in some spots. Not a big deal, though. The site works fine and did what I needed it to do, so I’d give it 4 stars.
